**All minors (17 and under) are required to wear a helmet while in the show ring and warm up ring. This show will NOT be responsible for any accident which may occur to any horse or equipment exhibited at the show or any accident to any exhibitor. The exhibitors shall hold harmless and indemnify any legal proceedings from such accidents, the Sapphire Arabian Horse Club claims and demands of any nature arising from any injuries or losses occurred. Submitting entry shall constitute acceptance by the owners and exhibitors, of all provisions as set forth The above club, their membership, and owners cannot be held liable for loss or injury to visitors, guests or spectators. |
